TR1 special inspections
We carry out special inspections required by Chapter 17 of the New York City Building Code. Our reports record the inspection location, work inspected, findings and items requiring follow-up.
02TR8 compliance inspections
We carry out TR8 energy code compliance inspections for the envelope, lighting, HVAC, and documentation items listed below.
03Construction inspection
We carry out quality control and quality assurance inspections, including on-site inspection, operations monitoring, Local Law 11/98 FISP, and construction management.
04Materials testing
Our NYC Department of Buildings licensed laboratory performs the materials tests listed below.
